The property was overall clean and wonderful. The location was excellent and ideal. Our deluxe triple room with the best bathroom was contemporary. The views of the city were magnificent. Location - unbeatable, very close to underground and conference centre as well as Takhsim square. Huge and neat room with the best bathroom and a mini bar fridge, an air conditioning, and an individual safe. A really really nice stay for one night during a business trip.

The hotel is newly remodelled and impeccably clean, with very supportive staff, especially the manager and receptionist. the rooms are spacious, featuring a comfortable double bed, bathtub, and a large balcony. the location is excellent, close to restaurants, Taksim Square, the metro station, Karakoy, and the city center.

Stayed at this place for 2 nights, it was recently renovated and very clean with nice views and a convenient location close to the airport bus; the room was spacious and modern, featuring coffee, armchairs, and a couch.

I liked the efficient, friendly attitude of the reception and foyer staff. The bed linen was changed every day although it sometimes took until 3.30pm to get round to it.
The noise from a duo singing in a bar very close to the hotel did not stop until 1am. There were no draws to store your shirts and underclothes Plenty of food for breakfast but not to our liking

The staff here are super attentive, especially the manager and receptionist. the room is modern and comes with a bonus of a baby bed, balcony, and bathtub 🛁. They offer a great variety of delicious breakfast options to choose from.

the room was really clean, the position of the hotel is perfect and near to Istiklal shopping street
not enough channels on tv, no internet in rooms, small pool, expensive, poor breakfast, they took from us 75 euros for 10 min drive way taxi but the other day when we took a taxi alone he took only 10 euros !!! watch out because their are a lot of thieves there!!!
